Emotions vs Behavior

Frequently, clients call hoping for an examination to prove that they love someone in particular.

A polygraph can’t be done to prove a state of mind or an emotion. The test must be behavior based. It must also be a previous behavior, not future, planned behavior i.e. “Would you ever cheat on …?”.
